Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking for an experienced Marketing & eCommerce Manager for a successful on line retailer.
Marketing & eCommerce Manager Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end range process on the company’s website, making sure that all content, media and navigation achieve optimum success
Manage on site activity and promotional plans to enhance the online customer journey
Optimise product listings and search rankings according to sales potential, customer behaviour and brand messaging to increase conversion
Launching key product ranges and campaigns throughout the year, ensuring that category pages are optimised
Optimise current campaigns and content and plan the deployment of future activity
Review reports and data on Search performance, using this information to optimise search term rules and the product results for given terms.
Grow the network of affiliates and increase performance against brand acquisition KPIs
Manage marketing calendar
Supporting paid search marketing and social media campaigns
Providing regular reports to management on the effectiveness of the program
