Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager within the beauty and fashion sector. We are particularly looking for Social and Influencer Marketing experience ideally within another beauty and fashion brand. The Digital Marketing Manager will support the company to grow brand awareness and online sales. The company already have a good reputation within its sector and are winning awards for their products without really trying. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for raising awareness to attract more customers, both for business but more importantly individuals. So knowledge of B2C is important and a good understanding of B2B would be ideal too.
The company already create their own brilliant content, including images, videos, blogs etc so they are looking for someone with excellent social media (Instagram, Facebook, You Tube), community management, influencer and general digital marketing experience.
You would be working with a small team who are passionate about their brand and products; this includes Directors, Head of Creative and Marketing Assistant. Working together proactively to ensure the company has a strong and effective strategy and on-time implementation of the same on-going.
The Ideal Digital Marketing Manager
Social and Influencer Marketing experience ideally within another beauty and fashion brand
Experience of growing brand awareness
Proven practical and hands-on digital marketing experience in social, influencer recruitment and management (a must), PPC etc.
B2C is important and a good understanding of B2B would be ideal too.
External agency management in UK and ideally Europe
A true self-starter who can work under own initiative
Driven, disciplined, proactive and motivated to succeed
Organised and a person who can pull together everything into an effective and scalable strategy
Knowledge of analytics
Experience of working remotely.

This is the first Digital Marketing Manager within the company there is a really opportunity to make your mark, not only in their main markets but around the world.
This is a remote working role; the company have been working well remotely for a number of years so will not revert to office based in the foreseeable future.
