Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking for a Regional Sales Executive to cover South Worcester to this side of the M40 within the homeware sector.
Responsibilities as Regional Sales Executive will include:
- Relationship building to deliver increased sales and enhance customer support, for existing customers and new clients
- The role has direct responsibility for delivering the sales targets for the region, along with managing the interface with the central sales and customer service hub.
- The successful applicant will demonstrate high levels of commercial awareness and show the gravitas and credibility to deal with customers and internal colleagues.
- Develop and implement the regional sales plan to deliver turnover and gross margin targets.
- Active engagement with all accounts in the region to focus on developing relationships and business expansion
- Identify, and generate new revenue and sales opportunities
- Attend customer briefings, prepare quotes to customer brief and follow to closure
- Be fully engaged with regional marketing activity; set up marketing tools and initiatives, ensuring sales promotion campaigns are delivered and understood by customer base, develop customer specific incentives.
- Support customers with pre and post sales service and advice, first line issue resolution and query handling
- Represent the company at trade and industry body events
- Responsible for managing processes and communication between field sales and the central sales office team
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; use of personal networks.
- Sales reporting will be part of the Regional Sales Executive duties
The Regional Sales Executive we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years active field sales experience
- Consultative, solutions sales approach
- Experience of generating new business sales opportunities
- Excellent communications and personal presentation skills
- Strong PC Skills required including; Word, Excel PowerPoint etc
- Switched on and hungry to succeed
- Good work attitude and work ethic
- Full UK driving licence
