This is a great opportunity for a talented designer to join an existing souvenir team, within a promotions company, who can create creative, eye catching designs for a range of souvenir products such as T-shirts, mugs, coasters and keyrings. You will also be responsible for negotiating with printers. Schedule, specify and manage print jobs to ensure that all printed materials are produced according to the design specification, corporate branding guidelines and production standards. This role is very busy with changing deadlines. As well as demonstrating a high standard of creative design, the candidate must be extremely organized, with a very high attention to detail and excellent communications skills. To be successful in this role you will need to following a minimum of 3 years experience in graphics design. Proven technical experience in graphic design, and expert knowledge of Creative Suite 3 (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and QuarkXPress. Also proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint. Having fantastic creative flair, an eye for detail and great communication skills. The successful candidate will be employed on a temporary basis initially, leading to a possible permanent role.
