Project Administrators to support Project Managers for a company offering a wide range of marketing services and solutions which helps their customers attract, retain and motivate their customers and employees.  At the heart of their online portfolio is our bespoke content management system (CMS), which is an online software system which allows them to create bespoke solutions  and websites on behalf of their clients.   

 

Supporting the Project Managers the main responsibilities are using the online content management systems (CMS) or database systems, this will include; updating content, images etc on to websites, ongoing website management to update content for clients.  User account administration to include new user account set up, resolving day to day queries relating to log in /passwords etc.  General database administration and general response handling (telephone & email queries).  Assist the campaign management team in preparing and sending HTML eshots.

 

As an integrated member of the team you will need to demonstrate;  strong proven administration skills at least 2 years experience, excellent data handling skills,  preferably, experience in website management or experience of content management systems (CMS), highly organised, able to plan, prioritise and be methodical in your approach to tasks or projects, excellent inter­personal and communication skills is paramount as you will be a member of a team and will be involved in day to day interaction with clients, a self starter attitude with the ability to multi task, work under pressure and meet deadlines, highly competent IT skills including the ability to work with, or learn to work with databases and excel reports, data manipulation and management of websites and use of content management systems (CMS), ideally you will have worked in a marketing agency or web design related business and will have a flair for what looks good on a website.

 

Essential skills and experience

 

Advanced knowledge of Excel, as this will entail high level of data manipulation.  

Given the high level of data handling, a high level of numeracy is required.

The following are essential skills and experience

 

Proven project management skills, possibly Prince2 trained

Keen eye for detail when creating websites for clients and experience of creating well designed and engaging websites

Previous use of online content management systems

Excellent working knowledge of Word (proposal writing), Excel (a great deal of data manipulation and reporting) and Powerpoint (preparing engaging professional presentations)

Fluency in written and oral English.

Willingness and ability to travel when requires, although the role is 95% office based.

Excellent inter¬personal, communication and influencing skills at all levels.
