Freelance 3 month contract Web Programmer

A Freelance Web Programmer required to work on site in offices in Warwickshire to be involved in both front & back end programming of a website for forthcoming project. It is essential that you have 2 – 3 years relevant online development experience You will Design, develop, and deploy secure sites and systems for use by the public and internal staff. Provides technical support for existing systems and websites.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Researching suitable technologies to best fit client requirements.
Producing system designs.
Development of secure web sites and web-based applications, following team procedures and standards.
Maintain and support new and existing sites and web-based systems.
Work with the programming and design team to help execute on joint projects.
Develop front-end interfaces which accurately follow supplied designs, following W3C standards, ensuring maximum browser compatibility.
Ensure that public-facing web sites are optimized for the search engines.
Testing of sites and systems developed by themselves or the team.
Provide technical assistance to members of the online team and others within the business.
Creation of supporting documentation for systems and APIs
