An established marketing agency, based in Worcestershire, offering marketing, design, advertising & PR are looking for either an Account Executive with a few years experience, who is looking for their next step up or an experienced Account Manager looking for their next move.
Initially the successful candidate will support the Managing Director working on a number of busy technical and industrial accounts. In order to service these clients successfully, it is essential that you have experience and a good understanding of how this sector ticks.
It is essential that you have experience of all the disciplines the agency has to offer, are familiar with the requirements and processes involved, as well as having a keen eye for detail and a general interest in marketing & design.
The ideal candidate should feel confident talking to and meeting clients to establish their requirements, producing accurate briefs and communicating this with the design team, ensuring the project runs effectively and smoothly, ultimately ensuring the work is delivered on time and in budget. The candidate will be expected to work with different clients to ensure their work is carried out on time and to a high level of quality. You should be keen to bring your existing experience to the table to help make improvements where necessary to ensure the continued future growth and success of the business.
The agency will consider candidates with technical & industrial client experience either from a background in an agency or in-house.

Incentives Campaign Manager required who is a team player with around 3 years background in incentives or marketing with a good understanding of incentives. You will be someone looking for a new challenge, who will thrive in this demanding role. The role involves creating, implementing and monitoring incentive programmes, liaising with clients and designers to create a brand.
The candidate will need to be a creative-thinker, able to identify opportunities that exist to alter, adjust or adapt the company formats to suit particular groups. The ability to enthuse and simultaneously co ordinate a number of campaigns, whilst working closely with colleagues and partner organisations, ensuring attention to detail is maintained, deadlines are met and that the campaign fulfils its aims. Working directly with the Customer Services Manager to source appropriate rewards. Preparation of pitch based documents and presentations. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a high attention to detail and excellent mathematical skills. You will liaise with clients and account managers to ascertain precise requirements creating, implementing and monitoring incentive campaigns. Obtaining quotations for development work, also preparing full campaign proposal and costings. General administration duties will include spreadsheet management, managing specified budgets and costs. You will obviously have excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills at all levels.
