We will take details from you, about your company, vacancy, person you are looking for, salary, and the approximate start date.
If we are able to assist you, we will send you our T’s & C’s and offer to visit you. We will give you an honest appraisal on the vacancy and whether we are able to assist you and an approximate timeline.
We may have candidates already registered/ interviewed that match your particular requirements on our database. After we have briefed these registered candidates and ascertained their interest, we will be able to send these people’s CV’s (& work samples where appropriate) quickly. We will discuss with you the possibility of advertising the position for you, to attract candidates (this is usually free of charge and your company name will not be included).
We respond to all the people/candidates that apply to us.
Interviewing those we identify as a possible match.
Those who are suitable, based on the information you have given us, are forwarded on to you.
We will arrange interviews for you and require feedback after the interview from you, so we can update the candidates. Candidates are asked to do the same so we can update you too. Additional interviews can be arranged, again with feedback being exchanged.
We will assist with offer negotiations.
